Bookings and Reservations
All bookings require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking, depending on the service.
Final confirmation of booking will be sent after payment or deposit is received.
For events requiring catering and additional services, charges will be based on the number of guests or event requirements.
Cancellations
For cancellations made [X] days prior to the event, a refund will be processed minus a cancellation fee.
For cancellations made within [X] days of the event, no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling an event may incur an additional fee.
Event Conduct
The event organizer is responsible for ensuring that the event complies with local laws and regulations, including safety and health standards.
We reserve the right to terminate the event without refund if any illegal activity or safety concerns arise during the event.
Liability
The Galaxy Banquets & Resorts is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or damages to property during events.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items or event materials.
Indemnification
By booking an event with us, you agree to indemnify and hold The Galaxy Banquets & Resorts harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your event.
